Now Find a meeting place. My Bieber club was in my friend backyard in a tree house thing.
Get a notebook for things in the club (They have JB ones at walmart or you can get a purple one) Things you want in this notebook: List of the club members. Name of the club. Ideas for the club. Bieber sites for info(like Justinbiebermusic.com,bieberfever.com etc.)
Next you will have your first meeting. You can play games like some of the ones i shall include in the tips.

A fun game me & my friends made up is called "Bieber fans"(this works bestt outside and if you have a higher place for some people to stannd) Ok first chose two people, one to be JUstin Bieber and the other to be Kenny, the others will be than fans. Now find something to throw (something soft like little bean bags) Now Give all the "fans" the objects to throw ( 3 or more is best) "Justin" and "Kenny" will be on the higher area. Dress up for the occasion. An option is to wear the color purple all day, since it's Justin Bieber's favourite color. If you're going out, you could wear Supra shoes, and/or a baseball hat. Got a shirt with Justin's name or picture on it? Then wear that too! Make your friends come with Bieber-themed clothing, so you can have fun and laugh together.

Listen to Justin's music. Listen to all his songs, and look for new ones that have just been released. At the moment, Justin Bieber has released over 25 songs! Look up the songs on YouTube and dowload your favourites on iTunes or Amazon. You could also buy a few of his CDs.
Go see his movie. Justin recently released "Never Say Never", which is a 3D movie about his childhood, rise to fame, and current life. Invite some of your friends who are Justin Bieber fans to go see it with you, if you want.
Read his book. Go to your local library or bookstore and buy/take out Justin Bieber's biography, "First Step 2 Forever". Read through it by yourself, and read your favourite parts out loud with your friends.
